Raclette, a very popular winter class
Suggested wine : Fendant du Valais, a 100% chasselas grape, a wine from Savoie but any white wine you like will be perfectly great
$40 per person (the raclette cheese is $15 a lbs and the Prosciutto pretty pricey too)
